These terms and conditions are subject to change, without warning. I will generally post on social media when they are updated. Please review this page each time you are obtaining a commission from me.

I retain absolute rights to every image I produce: this includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, selling prints of my artworks (previously commissioned or not), unless otherwise accorded with the client.

My commissions are for Personal Use only unless otherwise discussed. Up to the extent that these terms outline, you will not profit off my work unless coming to a written agreement with me beforehand.

My clients/commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint/sell their commissions as NFT. Doing so is in violation of these terms.

All completed commissions are non-refundable. I determine what makes a commission completed.

I have the right to decline any commission without question.

process & payment

Full payment will be made upfront on my ko-fi page!

Any & all edits can be made during the thumbnail/sketching phase; once the sketch is approved i start working to complete the image.
Every client is allowed 4 edits total.
After the edit phase only previews can be sent. This is the order previews are sent: finished sketch, lines, then finally flat colors.Any previews after the editing phase must be requested since they're simple progress check-ins.

Turnaround time for a comms completion will vary depending on the artwork's type,
going from 1-2 weeks to a month.

art trades with mutuals onlyby participating in an art trade me, you agree to the following.･You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only,
meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.･ My work is for personal or private use only, meaning i do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or profit.･ No one is allowed to edit, trace, copy the finished product.
You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.･ As an artist i still mantain all and absolute rights to my works; this means publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, selling prints of my artworks unless i agree to otherwise.Credits to me ( © razxberrie ).

my requirements & process･ You must be at least 15 years old or older to participate; however if you are a minor you can not
request NSFW trades!･ I will send a screenshot preview of the sketch/colored sketch before i finish working on my half of the trade.･ Turnaround time for trades's with me will vary depending on the artwork type/complexity,
going anywhere from 2–4 weeks to 1–3 months. I pretty much go at my own pace but 3 months is usually what it takes for me to get out of a real bad funk.･ When the finished product is complete I’ll post it. Feel free to request a version through emails or DM tho! I want you to have a good quality version if you decide to keep it as wallpaper or something.
